Our Atua

What do you know about our Atua ( maori gods) at Makaraka school?

 This is from Benny

I went to the beach this morning and collected shells and seaweed for art work. I am going to do  about all the atua. I am going to collect leaves from the trees for Tanemahutua and seeds from our apples and beans for Rongonmatane and a volcano with rocks for Ruaumoko. I dont know yet about Tawhirimatea because I don't what I'm going to collect to show this atua.

What do you think I could collect for Tawhirimatea?

  1. Yes Ben, Tawhirimatea is hard to show because we feel him and not see him! Perhaps we see the products of him instead? Nice work!
