Learning together with Year 5 children today

 We were very lucky in Ruaumoko today to have  some lovely  year 5 children to help us with our learning.

Bike riding - news skills and practise.

  Here are lots of photos of Ruaumoko children learning and practising new skills on their bikes!

The children use A B CH D to check their bikes before  they ride their bikes!

 Did you know that bike riders put 2 fingers on the breaks gently while they are riding so they can stop if needed.

 Both hands ( bunny ears)  on the both breaks when stopping!

Keeping ourselves healthy

 Lots of children are sick in our class

 with lots of runny noses.

Library time.

 We have a fabulous library at school. The children love visiting and choosing new books to share with their families.

 Hearing rich language is so important.
