Our new alphabet game!

We were so excited to  see what games Mrs Loudon had bought us!
These games are going to help us with our writing and reading.

Olive says, "I really like that we can play them with friends!"

Hayley and Tommy worked together to play the games.  They worked together to make a choice and kept going until they had used up all the cards to make words.

We think our new games are great.

Some of them are a bit tricky and we are going to learn how to play them as a class.

What alphabet games do you like to play?

  1. Kia ora Uenuku,
we are Room 8 at St Mary's School in Gisborne.
To learn our alphabet we practise on whiteboards, we go outside and do chalk writing, sand writing and water writing.
We work at our tables and use stencils and tracing books. We have sound mats. And we have Lego letter building.
We liked seeing your games and we think the matching puzzles would be fun.
